More Details
Proven classroom management and lesson planning expertise. Excellent oral/written communication in English; knowledge of Somali a plus. Creativity and enthusiasm for child-led, play-based learning. Warmth, patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal abilities. Basic proficiency with educational technology and digital record-keeping tools.
First Aid/CPR certification. Training in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar child-centered pedagogies. Multilingual proficiency (English/Somali/Arabic). Strong teamwork orientation and openness to feedback. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to multicultural settings.
